United Bulk Carriers (UBC) was established 1st of May 2001 as a member of the Hartmann Group. UBC has its headquarters in the Philadelphia area, USA, and since November 2018, UBC also has a satellite office in Hamburg, Germany.

The UBC fleet consists of different series of Bulk Carriers in the range from 31,000 to 39,000dwt and Pneumatic Cement Carriers around 8,400dwt.
